Class Information
Level 1 Classes at I Love My Pilates will incorporate primarily beginner level and foundation movements of Pilates. These classes are ideal for beginners and those who want a safe and effective experience to build a solid Pilates foundation.
Benefits of taking a Level 1 Class:
- Receive the most from your workout as you become more advanced
- Easily modified for injuries or limitations
- Focus on form an alignment
- Master Pilates fundamentals
Level 1.5 Classes at I Love My Pilates will continue to build your practice with more complex movements and use of equipment. This class is ideal for an intermediate studio because tempo will become moderate and focus on a steady class flow.
Benefits of taking a Level 1.5 Class:
- Progress your Pilates practice with more intermediate movements
- Improve your coordination for a more challenging workout
- Explore more precise and dynamic exercises
- Modifications available for injuries
In our Level 2 class at I Love My Pilates, we explore the Classical Pilates Repertoire, progressing from intermediate to advanced exercises. The focus is on enhancing balance and coordination between the upper and lower body. To enroll, participants must have completed at least 300 classes at ILMP and be free of injuries. This class does not offer modifications.
The
Studio
We hold our studio, located in the Inland Empire (Rancho Cucamonga) to a high standard of cleanliness. Our staff works very hard to ensure the quality and safety of our studio and all equipment.
We disinfect our studio after every class to keep surfaces and equipment are clean for clients & staff. We are proud to say that we have always successfully passed every Health Inspection since opening our doors.
Studio Experience
We believe that Pilates is the path to a fuller, more satisfying physical existence. We believe that being in control of your body helps you to be in control of your life. The experience at I Love My Pilates is unique, and therefore, we welcome members to our Pilates studio from across the Inland Empire, Orange County, Riverside area, San Gabriel Valley and beyond.

FAQ
Comfortable athletic wear, free of buttons, snaps, and zippers. The studio is co-ed so please dress accordingly. Baggy shorts should be avoided as we incorporate inversions and straddle stretches in our workouts. We require socks to be worn in our studios. Sticky bottom socks provide the best grip throughout a workout. If you do not own sticky socks, we have them for purchase at each studio location.
You will find descriptions of each of our classes by going to each class type page. In a nutshell, our classes are limited to 6 or less, and you will use specific equipment per each class type. Expect a lot of hands on and personal attention.

Our group classes and memberships are designed for adults 18 years and older. For the safety and proper development of younger bodies, anyone under 18 may not attend group classes.
If your child is interested in Pilates, we’d love to introduce them to the method through private sessions. This allows our instructors to provide the extra attention and individualized programming that children and teens need while working on the apparatus.
Please note that all of our memberships require a three-month commitment.
