Introduction
to Pilates
A free 25 min class to introduce your body to our equipment. This class is to help you have a better understanding on how the equipment feels and how your workout will flow from one exercise to the other. You will also get the chance to meet our certified instructors, and get familiar with our studio.
Intro classes are available every Monday and Wednesday at 8:30 pm. To sign up, visit our schedule, select a date that suits you, and enroll for free in our introductory sessions. Kindly be advised that intros are a one-time registration. After completing the introduction, you can choose to enroll in one of our memberships or opt for Drop-In sessions.
