About Our Studios
We know that our members are going to get the most out of challenging classes at I Love My Pilates. Not just challenging for our bodies, but also challenging for our minds.
We believe that every member should have a space they can step into their power, feel the confidence and strength to pursue any endeavor in their lives, without judgment or intimidation- but celebrated and supported.
We are so proud of our team at I Love My Pilates. Not only does every instructor love to share Pilates with all of our members, but each of them also has amazing stories to share about their own lives and transformations.
All of our instructors are fully certified and bring something unique to their classes and clients.
All of our trainers follow the same assessment, training, and performance protocol. Train with elite pilates professionals who have a track record of getting clients outstanding results. I Love My Pilates ensures that your workouts are goal-oriented with purpose and direction, taking the guesswork out of your program.
If you don’t have a goal, it’s hard to be motivated during workouts. If your goal isn’t specific, it will prove to be very difficult to have the motivation or knowledge of how to achieve the goal.
Working with a professional Pilates trainer provides both the HOW and the confidence that it can be done! We all have our ups and downs when it comes to shaping our bodies, men and women alike, but setting smart short-term and long-term fitness goals before we start training will make the difference between actually reaching our targets and giving up after the first days of sweating.
Our

We hold our studios, located in the Inland Empire, in Rancho Cucamonga and Upland, to a high standard of cleanliness. Our staff works very hard to ensure the quality and safety of our studios and all equipment.
We disinfect our studios after every class to keep surfaces and equipment are clean for clients & staff. We are proud to say that we have always successfully passed every Health Inspection since opening our doors.

FAQs
Comfortable athletic wear, free of buttons, snaps, and zippers. The studio is co-ed so please dress accordingly. Baggy shorts should be avoided as we incorporate inversions and straddle stretches in our workouts. We require socks to be worn in our studios. Sticky bottom socks provide the best grip throughout a workout. If you do not own sticky socks, we have them for purchase at each studio location.
You will find descriptions of each of our classes by going to each class type page. In a nutshell, our classes are limited to 6 or less, and you will use specific equipment per each class type. Expect a lot of hands on and personal attention.
You will find descriptions of each of our classes by hovering over the class type on the schedule page. That will help you determine where to start, but if you have any questions let us know.
Please note that all of our memberships require a three-month commitment.
We understand life happens! That’s why we offer a 10-minute grace period for all classes and sessions. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to admit you for safety and to preserve the flow of the class.
We recommend arriving a few minutes early to settle in, breathe, and make the most of your time with us.

If your child is interested in Pilates, we’d love to introduce them to the method through private sessions. This allows our instructors to provide the extra attention and individualized programming that children need while working on the apparatus.
