Pilates Instructor
Carol is a dedicated Pilates Instructor and Registered Dietitian who believes true wellness is built through the powerful connection between movement and nutrition. She discovered Pilates after college and was drawn in by the strength, balance, and body awareness it cultivated benefits that continue to shape both her personal life and professional practice.
Carol completed her comprehensive teacher training through Pilates Sports Center and is passionate about guiding clients through intentional, mindful movement. Her classes focus on building strength, stability, and confidence while honoring the integrity of the method. With her supportive and educational approach, clients feel empowered both in and out of the studio.
Outside of teaching, Carol enjoys baking sourdough and staying active. She has recently taken up golf and dance, always embracing new ways to move and grow.
