Hi, I’m Alex! My love for fitness began on the soccer field at age 10. After playing club soccer and competing on my high school varsity team, sports became a lifelong passion.

As a mom of two, I understand how challenging it can be to rebuild strength and confidence after pregnancy. My own post-pregnancy transformation inspired me to dive deep into fitness and nutrition. Over the past three years, I’ve coached group weightlifting and served as a nutrition coach, helping others feel strong, capable, and empowered.

After experiencing a back injury, I discovered Pilates—and it completely changed my life. Pilates not only helped me heal and move better but also enhanced my performance on the soccer field by strengthening my core and ankles. Now, combining Pilates with weight training keeps me injury-free and feeling my best.

I’m passionate about bringing my strength training background into the Pilates studio. My goal is to help you feel strong, stable, and supported—on the mat and beyond.
