Skylir was first introduced to movement through dance, where she spent several years training and competing. It was during this time that she discovered Pilates—an approach that offered a refreshing contrast to the demands of competition. Pilates became a space for her to step away from external pressures and turn her focus inward, developing strength, control, and a deeper connection to her body.
Over time, this practice evolved into a true passion. Skylir has explored a variety of Pilates methods and styles, but consistently returns to classical Pilates and Contrology for their intentional, foundational principles and emphasis on precision and the mind-body connection.
Having experienced the transformative benefits of Pilates both physically and mentally, Skylir is committed to helping others discover that same sense of balance. She strives to create an environment where clients can move with intention, feel empowered, and reconnect with themselves.
